Our review of 2025 - growth accelerates as we go global

 

Only a few years ago, we started infinitSpace with a clear mission: to create flexible workspaces that have a positive impact on people, communities and the environment. 

Our vision remains crystal clear. We want to work with intelligent, forward-thinking office landlords to build and operate impactful workspaces. And as we reflect on 2025, we are hugely grateful for all those who continue to contribute to our success and growth - our team, our partners and our clients. 

This year passed at what feels like supersonic speed, but it has been resoundingly positive. From new locations on new continents to expanding our team, building out our tech and forging more relationships with brilliant CRE landlords, the past 12 months have represented another leap forward for infinitSpace.

To recap on the past year and look ahead to what’s definitely going to be a busy 2026, here is our review of 2025.

People power

Let’s start with our team: the driving force behind our mission, our work and our success. 

This year, we’ve seen a significant expansion of our team around the world. In fact, our team grew from 20 to 40 employees, welcoming more skill, more diversity, more passion and more experience to help push us forward. 

From wonderful community managers in our ever-growing network of beyond locations (more on that later), through to some bona fide boffins working in infinitSpace HQ, we’re grateful to the great talent who have joined our mission in 2025.

Supporting landlords

Of course, supporting landlords is at the very heart of what we do. We support them as they look to transform traditional office space into in-demand flexible workspaces.

But outside of our partnership, we also look to support landlords with insight into industry trends and educational resources that help them stay one step ahead of the game. 

That’s why, in the Spring of 2025, we launched a popular new guide: ‘Flex: The Future of the Office – The Definitive Guide for Landlords’

In this guide, we shared exclusive insights on the flexible workspace questions that matter most: what’s behind the rise in demand for flexible workspaces, what separates the best flex spaces from the rest, and how landlords can incorporate flex into their buildings and portfolios.

After all, many office landlords around the world are keen to embrace flex but need support in transforming their buildings to cater to the changing demands of businesses. That’s what we’re here to do, and that starts with education and support.

beyond goes from strength to strength

Since the beginning of 2024, infinitSpace has doubled in size. We have 11 locations (and many more coming), of which nine operate under our premium workspace brand, beyond.

This past year, beyond has gone from strength to strength. Its community of members has grown massively, rising from 2,750 to 4,590, with more joining every day (read beyond’s review of 2025 here). 

In particular, we have seen a notable uptick in the number of global enterprise companies – the likes of Groupon, HSJ, Allianz and Travelport – choosing a beyond workspace to host their teams.

Why are more large organisations joining beyond? Well, in today’s fast-changing world, these enterprises need more than an office. They need a flexible workspace partner. beyond is meeting that need head-on with its vibrant, community-driven workspaces that allow teams to scale, work productively, and celebrate their culture.

beyond continues to cater to a wide range of people and organisations, from startups to corporations, allowing them to be the best versions of themselves. 2025 has seen marked progress in the brand’s journey, with new locations, new staff and new members coming on board and contributing to yet more success.

 

Supercharging growth with AI

Just like beyond’s growth, infinitSpace’s progress in 2025 has been built on a huge amount of hard work. And behind the scenes we’ve been making major advances with our own AI tools.

AI has been a defining trend of 2025. As ever at infinitSpace, we don’t passively sit by and watch.

Looking ahead

There’s no denying that 2025 has been a hugely positive year for infinitSpace. But we’re never ones to rest on our laurels; we’re relentless in our mission to create workspaces that make a positive impact, and so our focus remains on partnering with forward-thinking landlords to work together in delivering those spaces.

In the early months of 2026, the North American expansion will steal the headlines. But there are many other exciting developments in the pipeline – we’re pursuing opportunities across a range of markets in every corner of the globe, and our brilliant beyond brand will no doubt be at the heart of our ongoing expansion.
