We’ve built strong partnerships with a wide range of landlords, (such as Nuveen, Marathonfund, Brookfield, Patrizia), helping to fuel our rapid expansion across Europe and the Middle East. And now, we’re thrilled to share that we’re taking this mission across the Atlantic to North America.
To kickstart this hugely exciting new chapter, we’re welcoming a true trailblazer of the flex industry to our leadership team: Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak. This superstar of the flexible workspace world has joined us as our new Head of Real Estate for the Americas.
Expanding across the Atlantic
Since the beginning of 2024, infinitSpace has doubled in size. And we’re only getting started.
With 11 locations already established – nine of which come under our premium workspace brand, beyond – our network is growing fast. We have four locations in London, three in Amsterdam, two in Berlin and two in the UAE, creating office space for a total of 6,500 people. Now, we’re preparing to open four spectacular new workspaces across North America:
- San Francisco – Q4 2025
- Austin – Q4 2025
- New York – Q1 2026
- Toronto – Q1 2026
Each space will embody the same ethos that has driven our success to date: creating workspaces that make a positive impact; workspaces that don’t just host businesses, but actively support their growth; workspaces that benefit a global membership base as well as local communities; and workspaces that help modernise and futureproof landlords’ office buildings.
We pride ourselves on supporting teams from global enterprise companies like Groupon, HSJ, Allianz and Travelport, through to all manner of startups, SMEs and scale-ups.
A pioneer joins the mission
We are thrilled that Andrea has joined us to drive our growth in North America. Without doubt, she is the perfect person to lead this charge.
With over 25 years of experience spanning 65 countries, she has established a reputation as one of the most respected voices in the flexible workspace industry.
She has spent her career showing how workspaces can be a powerful strategic tool, both for operators and for asset owners. From her early days as Regus’ Global VP of Marketing – Americas, where revenues skyrocketed from $200 million to over $1 billion, through to leadership roles at Office Evolution, NewFlex, and Expansive, Andrea has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in this sector.
Now, she’s bringing that energy, expertise, and vision to infinitSpace, helping us deepen relationships with landlords, accelerate our real estate strategy, and scale our mission across the Atlantic.
