The role

As Sales & Broker Relations Manager your focus is sales, reaching your occupancy and revenue targets and being responsible for the financial performance of your portfolio. You are the potential member(s) point of contact during the full member sales journey: from the first touch point, to defining member needs, touring and selling thé perfect work space where we satisfy all answers to members' business needs. Alternatively you are responsible for the relationships with brokerage and real estate advisory firms, to maximize their potential and ours. Together with our marketing department you will implement your gained market sales knowledge into new campaigns, (broker) events, and/or our product mixes.

Key responsibilities

  • Reviewing and actioning inbound leads and qualifying clients correctly for the (Centrum) properties;
  • Acting as key point of contact for all new business sales and actively;
  • Ensuring brokers & agents are aware of portfolios current and upcoming availability;
  • Liaise with the brokers and commercial agents to develop relationships;
  • Attending events to develop relationships and network;
  • Attending viewings in locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; 
  • Reviewing and negotiating licence agreements;
  • Keeping the CRM notes and contacts up to date;
  • Preparation of general correspondence, template documents, reports;
  • Achieve monthly targets on viewings and sales;
  • Helping drive revenue to achieve revenue and occupancy targets;
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify selling possibilities; 
  • Well-connected with government/local authorities; 
  • Good knowledge of marketing to produce promotions/incentives to increase sales and revenue;
  • Proven track record of reporting to leadership and key stakeholders. 

About you

You are 100% self driven, entrepreneurial, innovative and creative in defining and developing sales activities, strategies and execution to overperform in your targets. A highly skilled relationship manager and communicator pure sang with a hands-on mentality and unstoppable drive to achieve results. We are curious to learn more about your achievements of the past 3-5 years in the office space real estate industry.

We'd love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in a sales role in the flexible workspace industry;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Real Estate industry, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degrees;
  • Excellent client facing skills and experience;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbally;
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity;
  • Knowledge and understanding of UAE property law and government links;
  • Bi Lingual – English and Arabic;
  • Must hold a full, valid UAE driving licence;
  • Flexible mindset in terms of working hours;
  • Homebase Dubai.
