Last year, we were named an FD Gazelle, which means we were recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands.
Now we’ve bagged the international award thanks to our rapid international growth.
Awarded by Het Financieele Dagblad, the FD Gazellen Internationaal accolade is reserved for Dutch companies delivering exceptional performance in overseas markets. So, being included among this year’s recipients is both a proud and important milestone in our journey.

At infinitSpace, we partner with commercial real estate landlords to create and operate premium flexible workspaces, either through a white-label model or under our beyond brand. But our evolution is constantly evolving, and our early adoption of AI is a perfect example of this.
Today, thanks to work tracing back several years, we are a full-stack AI workspace platform. Growing globally
This approach of blending human skill and experience with the power of AI has fuelled strong growthover the past year, allowing us to take huge strides forward in our mission to create more flexible workspaces that make a positive impact on people, organisations and communities.
In 2025, we opened beyond Fox Court in London and beyond Chausseestrasse in Berlin, strengthening our presence in two of Europe’s most competitive markets. We are now preparing for also announced our further expansion across North America, with launches planned in San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, New York and Toronto in the coming months.
