About the role of Marketing Director

We’re looking for a talented, experienced, and passionate candidate to lead marketing efforts in Europe, UK and Israel. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience driving marketing at a high-growth enterprise or B2B-focused company with strong brand instincts as well as team development. This person will drive marketing channels that enhance customer acquisition and brand awareness in Europe, UK and Israel, working closely with local and the HQ executive team.

The right leader will be a generalist with experience spanning brand building, PR, online customer acquisition, and B2B & trade marketing-focused events to drive business growth — with excitement to tailor tactics by market as needed — and have the hands-on approach to implement the systems and processes to ensure programs are measurable and delivering on ROI expectations. The right candidate will have a depth of knowledge on defining sales personas, building assets and campaigns to influence these targets, and delivering creative programs that ultimately deliver new members, drive retention, and help achieve sales, retention, and revenue targets.

This position will be positioned Remote in Europe, with occasional travel.

Accountable for

  • Developing holistic marketing strategy and its execution for Europe, UK and Israel – plan and execute a diverse set of initiatives that support the achievement of revenue goals via working collaboratively with other functions.
  • Managing and growing a team of marketers.
  • Representing the infinitSpace brand, its mission and values
  • Overseeing the monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes to optimize spend and results.

Capabilities and background

  • Bachelor’s degree a must; MBA a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in growing and leading significant growth-focused marketing teams
  • Proven success and ability in strategy development and its execution
  • Passion and understanding for infinitSpace’s mission and values
  • Business level English and fluent German
