infinitSpace’s rapid growth continues with amazing new Berlin location

Just like the weather, things are heating up at infinitSpace. Our growth is accelerating in 2025, and we are delighted to announce that we are going to be opening our second Berlin location – and eleventh overall – this summer. 

It marks another major milestone in our journey, meaning that since the beginning of 2024 we have more than doubled the number of beyond workspaces, with our membership growing massively in this time. 

Introducing beyond Chausseestraße

So, what do you need to know about our second location in the German capital?

The building – which is owned and managed by PATRIZIA on behalf of a global institutional investor – is on Chausseestraße in Berlin’s central Mitte borough. The workspace will operate under infinitSpace’s premium flexible workspace brand, ‘beyond’. 

beyond Chausseestraße is our ninth European location and second in Berlin, following the opening of the beautiful beyond Quartier Heidestrasse in February 2025. 

beyond Chausseestraße will span over 2,300 square metres across five floors, with approximately 400 workstations on offer – both coworking and private offices. The workspace will have a high-quality design and fit-out, as you would expect from any of our spaces. 

Of course, it will come complete with a range of best-in-class amenities, meeting rooms, and communal spaces, as well as a roof terrace. Plus, we are equipping the space with cutting-edge technology, including beyond’s workspace app, which will connect members of beyond Chausseestraße with others across beyond’s global network. 

Beautiful style, amazing location

This location boasts style and fantastic connectivity.  Chausseestraße 29 is a beautiful and historic building, just a one-minute walk from the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station, and is surrounded by museums, shops and restaurants in one of Berlin’s most historic and dynamic neighbourhoods.

The workspace is due to open its doors to members in August 2025, with its location and facilities catering to a wide range of organisations, particularly scale-ups and SMEs.
